To Motivate

Motivation is an important part of mental health awareness and to continue to evolve mentally into the person you want to be. Sometimes you get stuck in the same pattern, it gets old and you sometimes start spiraling. Then it can be a must to have someone that knows you and can motivate you to make a little change or add a little something to your habits.

In these trying times having a motivational buddy is crucial. Someone who knows you well enough to see when you need the motivation to continue living and finding your way, while stuck at home in solidarity.

My mother and my husband are my biggest motivational buddies. Every year October seems the roughest. A large puddle of mixed emotions. Nothing I try seems to work, not even preparing for it in advance.

However through the month my husband and mother continue with out prejudice to motivate me every day, to go out for a little while and breathe, recharge and get out of my head. At the end of the month I am like another person, energized and ready to take on what every life throws at me.

When thinking about the word motivation, I realize I try to motivate everyone around me everyday to live their best life. To feel happy when falling a sleep at night. To feel like the day you experienced was as fulfilling as you needed it to be.

Let’s try to motivate the people around us on daily basis. You never know when they really need it. When your motivation changed their day for the better !
